Born and raised in Washington, DC, I have always had a passion for sports, animals, particularly dogs. I moved to the Gulf Coast, where my passion for animals expanded to birds and wildlife. The Gulf Coast has provided many opportunities to enjoy and photograph sports, wildlife and birds, showcasing talented athletes and the wonders of wildlife. I started sports photography when my brother was in high school and photographed football, back in the days of film photography. Today I have photographed sports on both the high school and college levels on behalf of local media outlets.

I always enjoy capturing memories of the action and the people including candids, capturing spontaneous emotion. I always hope to capture something special, but the best part is the opportunity to showcase these athletes.
